Full-time Operations & Admin Assistant

You will be responsible for the end to end order management and internal work scheduling to fulfil orders on time without any delay.

 

Primary Function:

  • Handling customers’ enquiries (e-mail, website, Facebook, calls, text etc.) and subsequently recommend the appropriate services.
  • Manage Shopify e-commerce app
  • Organize and schedule bookings/delivery with customers and couriers
  • Dividing tasks among staff/vendors
  • Track and convert prospects into customers and build good customer rapport
  • Follow up with customers on post service review
  • Order inventory and research new deals and suppliers
  • Assist to attend to customers
  • Manage shortage of equipment / inventory
  • Arrange part-timers for events
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 

Requirements:

    • Customer service oriented
    • Comfortable with carrying phone all the time
    • Good attention to detail
    • Able to travel for events
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Strong initiative and self-driven
    • Available immediately
    • Flexibility to work from home on selected work days (after probation)
    • 5.5 days work week (Monday – Friday 9:30 to 6:30pm, Sat 9:30 to 1:30pm)
    • Those with driving licenses are preferred
