Refund Policy

1. We understand that your plans might change and we accept order cancellation with no question asked with the following refund rates:
   • 100% refund if you notify us 2 days before drop-off/home pick up date
   • Refund value is subject to adjustment due to discount given and / or clawback of the discount given to items that has been washed on promotion pricing applicable as a bulk order. 

We seek your understanding if your payment cannot be refunded due to late notification. All paid orders have to be fully utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused order / partial order / balance will not be refunded or extended.
