Pickup & Delivery Policy

At PramWash, we strive to make baby gear maintenance as convenient as possible. Whether you prefer a doorstep collection or dropping off at one of our retail points, here is everything you need to know about our logistics.


1. Delivery Rates

We offer a simple, flat-rate structure to keep things affordable for families.

  • Standard Home Pickup & Return: $40 flat rate (covers both ways, regardless of the number of items!).

  • One-Way Weekday Delivery: $20Β (excluding Public Holidays).

  • Saturday Delivery: $40Β per one-way trip.

  • Urgent or Sunday Deliveries: Subject to availability and additional surcharges.


2. Standard Delivery Timelines

Our return times depend on your chosen service point. All deliveries typically occur between 1 PM – 6 PM.

3. ⚑ Same-Day Express Service

Need your pram back in a hurry? Opt for our Same-Day Express Return Delivery for a quick turnaround.

  • The Schedule: We collect your item before 10 AM and return it to you between 6 PM – 9 PM the same evening.

  • The Cost: A 50% premium on regular wash prices applies, plus standard delivery fees.


4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure our drivers can stay on schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

  • Presence at Site: Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time. If no one is present and no prior notice was given, a $20 re-attempt fee will apply to the next delivery.

  • Rescheduling: Please notify PramWash at least 4 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment.

  • Accuracy of Info: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details. PramWash is not liable for failed deliveries or loss resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information.
