Thank you for choosing PramWash Pte Ltd. Our mission is to deliver high-quality cleaning services for baby equipment to help your little ones ride clean and safe. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Safety & Hygiene

Your baby’s safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Our team inspects items before cleaning. If an item is found to be unsafe, unhygienic, heavily damaged, or in a condition unfit for cleaning, we reserve the right to decline service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their items are in good, usable condition before submission.

No refund will be issued if an item is rejected for cleaning due to unsafe or damaged condition.
3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm all orders.

Payment can be made via credit card through our website or other authorised channels.

All prepaid services must be fully utilised within 12 months from the date of purchase. No extensions or partial refunds will be granted.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Standard Cleaning Services
-
100% refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off or pick-up.
-
Refunds will be adjusted for any promotional discounts used in partially consumed orders.
-
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment.
-
No refund or rollover for unused services after 12 months.
b. Annual Plan (New)
-
The Annual Plan provides a fixed number of services per year at a discounted rate.
-
Strictly no refunds, pro-rated credits, or rollovers for unused or partially used services, regardless of circumstances.

Customers are advised to assess their cleaning needs before committing to the plan.

By purchasing the Annual Plan, you expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions.
5. 7-Day Rewash Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning results, you may request a free rewash within 7 days of return only if the dissatisfaction is due to our oversight.

Requests beyond 7 days are not eligible for complimentary rewash.

Items with aged stains, pre-treated chemicals, or pre-declared “best effort” cases are excluded from the guarantee.

PramWash may offer a discounted rewash for valid issues outside the guarantee scope, at its discretion.
6. Delivery Policy

Weekday delivery: $15 per one-way trip (excluding public holidays).
-
Saturday delivery: $30 per one-way trip.
-
Urgent or Sunday deliveries: Subject to availability and surcharge.
Customer Responsibilities:

Ensure someone is present at the agreed time. If no one is available and no prior notice is given, a $15 re-attempt fee will apply.

Notify PramWash at least 4 hours in advance for any reschedule.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. PramWash is not liable for failed delivery or loss resulting from incorrect address or contact info.
7. Promotion Policy

All promotions, prices, and free gifts are subject to change without prior notice.

Free gifts are while stocks last, and no preference requests for colour or model will be entertained.

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data (e.g. name, address, phone number) is used solely for service delivery.

By contacting us, you consent to receive service-related messages from PramWash, even if listed on the Do Not Call (DNC) registry.

PramWash does not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or for operational needs (e.g., courier partners).
9. Intellectual Property

“PramWash” is a registered trademark of PramWash Pte Ltd.

All website content (text, media, graphics, logos) is protected under copyright laws.

No part of the content may be copied, modified, resold, or used to offer similar services without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee complete removal of stubborn stains, particularly for long-standing or chemically altered marks.

PramWash is not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration arising from:

Pre-existing damage

Inherent defects in the item

Customer misuse or storage post-cleaning

In no event shall PramWash, its employees or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PramWash Pte Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these terms.
12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect an intent to submit fraudulent damage claims or violate our policies.

We may limit item quantities per customer at our discretion.
13. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed when PramWash successfully receives payment via a valid method. All orders are subject to acceptance.
