Because our baby is premature and regurgitates quite often the stroller is just drenched with spit up which was a pain to remove. Even putting the stroller under the sun did not help. The stroller still smelled and looked horrible.
I chose the ultimate wash because of lots of spit up soaked into the fabric and it did not disappoint! My stroller smells and feels so nice!

I appreciate the prompt service by PramWash. One evening I opted for deep cleaning of my baby car seat to remove mould, and as promised on the website, the PramWash courier came by at 9 am the next day to collect it. Just 1 day later my car seat was returned in pristine condition and it looks as good as new. No stubborn stains left by mould. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround time. Pardon me for the lack of photo evidence to back this up as I’ve just shifted house and the car seat is stashed safely away.

I sent my (relatively clean) stroller in for washing, as there was some mould in my house & I just wanted to be safe. It came back with a clean look & smelled very fresh too.
However, I'm not very impressed by their method of mould removal... When asked, they said they use household vinegar to kill the mould. I was expecting some sort of child safe "chemical" that would 100% rid of any possible mould. Instead, I paid $180 for a vinegar wash that I could have done myself. :')
Thankfully, I don't believe my pram was mouldy so I guess this method suffices for now.

When the pram was retuned to us, the delivery man just knocked on the door and left the oram outside. He did not wait for us to open the door. So if I didn’t hear the door knock, the pram would be left outside the door. For my previous wash, the delivery man waited for me to open the door before leaving. So I am quite disappointed with the delivery this time. The pram could have been stolen if I didn’t open the door.

I entered my order on 8th Oct for 11th Oct and received a message that said that the booking page had not reflected that 11th Oct was full. The staff did not explain further what the issue was until I asked if it was the cleaning or transport that was fully booked (so we could determine what our next steps would be - self-pickup or approaching another provider). The service recovery was very poor which is why this is 3 stars instead of 5 - the cleaning itself was impeccable.

It was abit too last min but they are able to help and get a slot for me. After cleaning… the stroller was being wrapped in plastic just like brand new stroller. And the stroller was literally clean. I had mine wash coz I bought from someone. It was not that dirty but I'm not confident to put in my child in the stroller. So I look up for a pram wash and was recommended by my brother.
