I was being informed that the drop off timing was from 0900hours to 1100hours I reached the shop at 0900 hours and the shop was not even open on time till around 0930hours. I even call the line and messaged the line, there was no reply. Not even an apology from anyone. Really will not recommend this service to anyone.

The drop off and delivery service was convenient. The cleaning was quite impressive, considering that it was stained with stool. It came back looking like almost new.
It could garner a 6 star if the store can help out with removing the car seat from the car as it has been in the car for almost 1 year plus without removing. The staff might be familiar in removing the seat.
