Came to the shop at around 7+pm, last minute decision to have our pram cleaned. Staff was accommodating and allowed us to leave our items from inside the pram at the shop. Glad that we managed to have our dinner while waiting for the pram to be cleaned. Collected the pram at 9.15pm, just in time before store closure. Our pram looks so clean!!! And we only took the Lite package! Will definitely use their service again soon! Convenient and super efficient

Stumbled upon Pramwash by chance, but am blown away by the results of the basic package for on-site car seat cleaning! No "before" picture - but Pramwash did a fantastic job at removing most of the stains on the carseat. I especially love how fuss-free the process was - (1) book and pay for services online, (2) drop off item on-site, and (3) pick up at the end of the scheduled slot.

Came back as repeated customer. Had chosen the pram lite thinking that it would be sufficient for the pram; however when we received it, stains were still present and the smell was still present. The stroller had ants overnight. Would have been great for staff to call, and immediately recommend a more intensive clean. (We had bubble tea spilt on the pram)

Even didn't noticed it was our carseat that was displayed by the window until we were told it's ours. That much of a difference on the after result. Thank you to the lady that attending to us! I had an excellent first experience with Amy and her colleague at VivoCity. The results of the wash were amazing! The stroller looked like a brand new one. Wonderful experience. Very prompt with responses over whatssap and staff is super helpful. I wasn't familiar on how to remove the car seat and d needed help. The lady staff on site without 2nd thoughts offer to help even though she is new and carry all the way to the branch. Within 1-2 hours the car seat is super clean like new. And again she helpped me fix back into the car once again.i forgot to take her name. But I believe u know who u are. Kudos!!!! Keep it up!
