Straightforward service, I opted for the basic $29 package and it didn't disappoint. I feel the stroller is way cleaner now, thanks! Only downside is I think they didn't do enough UVC time due to late processing.

Even didn't noticed it was our carseat that was displayed by the window until we were told it's ours. That much of a difference on the after result. Thank you to the lady that attending to us! We only wash pram and car seat with Pramwash, nowhere else. It’s conveniently located near the carpark entrance of VivoCity. Service is impeccable and everytime we receive our pram/car seat, they feel like brand new all over again.

I had an excellent first experience with Amy and her colleague at VivoCity. The results of the wash were amazing! The stroller looked like a brand new one. My husband and I both regretted not washing our stroller earlier with Pram Wash. Moving on, we will be sending the car seat for a good cleaning. We look forward to the same amazing experience!

Wonderful experience. Very prompt with responses over whatssap and staff is super helpful. I wasn't familiar on how to remove the car seat and d needed help. The lady staff on site without 2nd thoughts offer to help even though she is new and carry all the way to the branch. Within 1-2 hours the car seat is super clean like new. And again she helpped me fix back into the car once again.i forgot to take her name. But I believe u know who u are. Kudos!!!! Keep it up!

Pramwash is my go-to to clean my strollers and car seat. The staff is very friendly and with a store at Vivo (near my workplace), it really is very convenient as I can make an appointment to drop off at lunchtime and pick it up after I had my lunch.
