Assistant Operation Manager - TradeHub 21 (Full-Time)

We’re Hiring: Assistant Operations Manager (Full-Time) @ TradeHub 21

If you love seeing things sparkling clean and take pride in hands-on operations, we want you on our team!


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed cleaning of strollers, car seats, and other baby gear

  • Supervise and manage the daily performance of the operations team

  • Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service

  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately

  • Support the team lead with day-to-day operational tasks

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail — every spot counts!

  • Excellent cleaning skills and pride in your work

  • Fluent in English and good interpersonal skills

  • Prior knowledge of baby gear (strollers, car seats) is a bonus

  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide a small team

  • Willingness to learn — training will be provided


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $2,300 – $3,300 + performance bonus
Work Hours:

  • Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

  • Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break)
    Work Week: 5.5 days (includes 1 weekend + 4.5 weekdays)
