We aim to return your freshly cleaned baby gear as efficiently as possible. Please find the estimated delivery timelines below, categorized by your chosen service type and drop-off time.
1. Home Pick-Up & Return Delivery
Our team comes to you! Your return date depends on whether we collect your items in the morning or afternoon.

[A] Morning Pick-Up (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Return Delivery: Next 1–4 workdays, between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Example: Pick-up on Tue AM $\rightarrow$ Return as early as Wed PM.

Example: Pick-up on Fri AM $\rightarrow$ Return as early as Mon PM.

[B] Afternoon Pick-Up (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Return Delivery: 2–4 workdays later, between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

2. Store Drop-Off: VivoCity / United Square
Drop your gear off at our retail points while you shop, and we’ll deliver it back to your home.

3. Store Drop-Off: TradeHub 21
Our main hub allows for a slightly faster turnaround for drop-off customers.

🚨 Important Logistics Notes

Availability: Please ensure someone is present at home during your selected collection and return slots.

Doorstep Drop-off: If your location is safe (e.g., gated or concierge) and you prefer a contactless drop-off, please inform us in advance.

Missed Appointments: If no one is present and no prior arrangement has been made, a $20 re-delivery charge per trip will apply for any missed pickups or drop-offs.
