Thank you for shopping at PramWash. Our mission is to provide high-quality cleaning of pram and other baby equipment for your little ones so they will have a clean ride and you will have more peace of mind to enjoy every precious moment of their growing up years. 
Here are some items that you need to know and agree if you would like to engage our cleaning services.

By washing at PramWash, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Safety and Hygiene

  1. Your baby’s safety and hygiene are of utmost importance to us. Before the start of cleaning, we always ensure the functionality and hygiene are in good usable condition, otherwise we will inform you right away.
  2. In addition to our conscientious efforts to maintain a high level of safety and hygiene checks, customers will have a proactive role to play to ensure that the strollers sent to PramWash are in good usable condition. In this regard, we will seek our customers' cooperation to check their items before sending it over.
  3. In the event that items sent to PramWash are found to be damaged or not in usable condition, PramWash has the rights to decline washing. In this case, the payment made will not be refunded.

Payment policy

  1. A full payment is required to confirm your order.
  2. This payment can only be done by credit card at our online store or other authorized methods with our partners.
  3. All paid orders have to be fully utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused order / partial order / balance will not be refunded or extended.

Refund Policy

  1. We understand that your plans might change and we accept order cancellation with no question asked with the following refund rates:
    • 100% refund if you notify us 2 days before drop-off/home pick up date
    • Refund value is subject to adjustment due to discount given and / or clawback of the discounts given to items that has been washed on promotion pricing applicable as a bulk order. 

We seek your understanding if your payment cannot be refunded due to late notification. All paid orders have to be fully utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused order / partial order / balance will not be refunded or extended.

7 Days Rewash Guarantee

  1. We guarantee that you will be surprised by the super clean baby gear at the end of our cleaning session. 
  2. Within 7 days from the return delivery date, if you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know immediately and we may offer you a free rewash if it was an overlook on our side. 
  3. After 7 days from the return delivery date, we seek your understanding that we do not provide any complimentary rewash. 
  4. Subject to weather condition and storage, we may provide you a discounted rewash. 
  5. In some scenarios when there are stains that are tough to remove or lighten due to reasons such as aged stains or stains that has been treated with another chemical solutions before reaching us, we will make known to you up front for your awareness with our best efforts. With your acknowledgement to proceed with our Pramwash services with these troubled spots to be on best effort basis, we will still do our very best to lighten them as much as possible. Orders with such troubled stains are disqualified from the 7 Days Rewash Guarantee

Delivery Policy

  1. Fixed $15 per one-way delivery on weekday office hours, excluding public holiday
  2. Fixed $30 per one-way delivery if you want it delivered on Saturday office hours, excluding public holiday
  3. Earliest delivery is the following day after 12 PM SGT, excluding public holidays
  4. Urgent same day delivery is subject to availability and additional charges
  5. Urgent same day/ Sunday delivery is subject to availability and additional charges

  6. Please ensure someone is available to hand over or collect the item. Please notify us at least 4 hours before your chosen time if you are unable to collect/drop off and we will do our best to accommodate. 

  7. If our team does not receive prior notification and there is no one to receive or hand over your items during your chosen time slot, extra charges apply for 2nd/next pick up trip at $15 per way.

  8. Should any issues arise with delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you via the mobile number you have provided us. 

    Fair Usage and Typical Household Setting

    1. For Baby Room Sanitization service, the flexibility to select the type of items to be cleaned within the allocated quantity is subjected to fair usage and typical household setting. If you are entitled to choose 10 items to clean, the 10 items has to be a good mix representative to a typical household setting. i.e. you cannot be having 10 pieces of double strollers or 10 pieces of child car seats. 

    Promotion Policy

    1. Promotional discounts are subjected to changes without any notice. Free gifts are mostly while stock last and no guarantee to your preference of specific colour and series.                                                                                                                                

    Privacy Policy

    1. Personal information collected such as address, phone number are used for deliveries / collection of pram only and we will not share or disclosure your information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy. Also, by initiating contact with PramWash, you are granting us the rights to contact you via calls or messages on the relevant and reasonable topics even if you are registered in the Do Not Call (DNC) registry. 'Us' in this case refers to PramWash Pte Ltd. 

    Terms of Use

    1. Trademark
      • PramWash is our trademark
      • All other trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
    2. Site content
      • You acknowledge that this site contains information, data, photos, pictures, graphics, videos and other material (also known as ‘content’) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. You may not modify, remove, edit, publish, create derivative work to transfer or sale of similar products and services, or in any way exploit any of the content.
    3. Best Effort Basis
      • Our services are provided on a best efforts basis – we will not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean, remove stains, or otherwise restore any surface, fabric, or condition on your item(s). 
      • At PramWash, we offer Intensive Cleaning package for stubborn stain removal, but the result will depend greatly on how long the stain has been left untreated for.
        To ensure that your fabrics remain in one piece after the intensive scrub, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal just like how it looked like when you first bought it, but you will certainly be surprised by how clean it looks after we cleaned it.

    4. Limitation of liability
      • Under no circumstances shall we or any other parties involved in the business of PramWash be liable for any direct or indirect damages or other intangibles losses, including but not limited to any damage related to pre‐existing conditions.
      • You agree to indemnify PramWash and its subsidiaries, owners, directors, agents, employees or other partners, from any claims or demands.
    5. Our Rights
      • As we focus a lot on bringing superb customer service to our customers, we reserve the rights to refuse cleaning service to you, if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to send in damaged items in order to claims damages against PramWash. We also reserve the rights to limit the quantity of items each customer can send for service. The promotion items, offers and free gifts are subjected to changes without notice and we cannot confirm the price until you have made your order. To our best efforts, there may be a small number of price discrepancies in our catalogue, if the price is higher than what you have paid, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or notify you on cancellation.
      • Note, the contract of washing service between us and customers starts when we charge a valid credit card or otherwise receive payment.
