This is my second time sending my stroller for cleaning. Unfortunately, both times I’ve been disappointed with the results.
The first time, my stroller came back with visible dust. Possibly more noticeable because it’s black and the wheels didn’t look thoroughly cleaned. I decided to give it another try and sent two strollers this time, mainly because they’ve been stored away for a while. Again, the wheels were not properly cleaned, and dust was still quite visible. There were even a few stains left behind, which was frustrating considering the service is meant to freshen up the strollers.
On a positive note, the delivery guy was very polite and friendly. Although I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, he waited for a while and gave me a call. I appreciated that he followed instructions and left the items outside, as I mentioned I had CCTV.
One last thing: when I dropped off my strollers at the VivoCity branch, I was told they closed at 9.30pm and was advised to return by 9pm. However, I received a text at 8.49pm asking me to return by 8.55pm instead. I hope future communication can be more consistent.

In the last 2 washes, the pram was clean.
BUT:
the delivery was disappointing.
3 days became 4 days.
Saturday afternoon became Monday.
I would still be waiting for the pram if I waited for the courier and had not self-collected.
If you need more time to deliver, say it on the day when I sent in the pram for the wash, not one day before the delivery.
I can accept it if the delay was one-off. But twice in a row? How would you feel if you were the one who had to wait? How would you feel if you had this experience twice in a row?
You guys used to deliver on time.
Now, I hesitate to send my pram in. Will I be delayed a third time?

Send off a very dusty stroller with some food stained for cleaning as I would like to store it away. I was very impressed when it was delivered. The wheels are cleaned, the stains were gone, and the dust didnt exist. It was like brand new. I will use their services again when the need arises.

Sent a pre-owned car seat for a thorough cleaning. Seat was quite dirty when I first collected it from the previous owner, and we didn’t feel comfortable using it despite our own best efforts to clean. Also had some trouble removing the fabric covers.
Hence decided to bring everything to PramWash, no regrets and extremely happy when the sanitized and fresh smelling car seat (with clean fabric covers installed back for me) was delivered to my house. I’m very satisfied, and would recommend their services and use them again in future!

We didn't think that we need to engage professional services to clean our car seat after a dreadful vomiting episode from our baby. We dismantled and scrubbed the car seat diligently, but it still reeked of puke. We opted for the most intensive Pramwash service not expecting any miracles. Much to our delight and surprise, the car seat was delivered to us in factory reset condition, with the car seat cleaner than we can ever imagine. Not sure what mojo Pramwash had done, but I'm utterly grateful that we didn't have to buy a new car seat and our car smelled superb again.

The fresh smell is very good and mild which i like cause it's not too strong. Baby car seat is super clean and instruction is also clear on what to do after getting it back. I went for the ultimate package and it really did not dissapoint me. I also love the package which include sending back the baby car seat to your home. 3rd time sending to Pram wash. As usual does not disappoint. Just came back from a holiday and decided to send it for washing. Make an appointment through whatsapp and it was hassle free. Receive the items clean and speck.
However there is a few things that can be improve on.
Make a booking for the car seat and stroller to be deliver on the 26th August and was promise a delivery slot on the 30th. However when I arrive to send the items, the staff inform me that it was only able to be deliver by 4 Sept. Apparently i didnt make payment therefore the delivery slot was not confirm. I did not receive any advise to make payment after confirming the booking. The staff at vivo were very accommodating and manage to squeeze my delivery on 31st august instead. Kudos to them
Next is the delivery could have make a call pior to the delivery and inform that it was on the way or sort. Previous 2 delivery had a called made but not this time round.
But overall cleaning service still A1!

Firstly, the staff doesn’t oversell and actually recommended the basic since my stroller is not too dirty. Secondly, they are super professional and the stroller came back looking super fresh. Last but not least, the staff keeps me updated on the status, from the confirmed delivery date to send the stroller back, and when it’s delivered - they informed me as well and what to do next.
